We are based outside the European Union. To the extent this site is aimed at people in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies under Art. 3(2) GDPR.

2. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). The servers are currently in the USA. When a page is opened, Vercel processes the technical data required: IP address, time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system.

This serves to deliver the site and keep it stable and secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site. Vercel determines how long these logs are kept.

3. Audience and performance measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are used and how fast they load. In our review, neither set any cookies.

Web Analytics recognises visits through a hash created from the request; Vercel says the visit session is discarded after 24 hours. It records, among other things, the page, referrer, country, browser, operating system and device type. Speed Insights records load times and device characteristics, not linked to individual visitors.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in improving this site.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. If you switch language, we store your choice for one year in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, which is required for the function you asked for. Your browser also remembers for the session (snc_opening_seen) that the opening animation has been shown. This value does not leave your device.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process your name, contact details and message in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Our email runs on Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus). We delete enquiries once they are resolved, unless a legal retention duty applies.

6. Booking through Cal.com

To book calls we link to Cal.com, Inc. (USA). The service is not embedded in this site: data is processed only if you follow the link and make a booking. Cal.com's privacy policy applies there.

7. Recipients and transfers to third countries

We share data only with the providers named here and with people who work for us.

• Colombia: this is where we are based. There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Colombia. If you write to us directly, we receive your data in Colombia.
• USA: Vercel and Cal.com state that they are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The basis is the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). The data processing agreements of both providers also provide for EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
• Argentina: a sales and project management colleague works from there. There is a European Commission adequacy decision for Argentina.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21).

9. Further information

You are not obliged to give us any data. Server logs are technically required to open the site. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR on this site.

We update this policy when our services or the law change.
